It’s no secret in Korea that plastic surgery is very common. In fact 1 out of 5 Koreans have some kind of procedure done. That extends to celebrities too. Korean celebrity plastic surgery is EXTREMELY common, especially since the pressure on celebrities to look amazing is even higher than for the average citizen.

Singer Boa Kwon
BoA might actually be the hottest girl in Korea naturally, but she decided to go under the knife anyway… Not sure why. Anyways, her chin is a little sharpened and her nose looks a bit altered. Nothing major. BoA is sexy no matter what as long as she doesn’t mess with her face anymore.

Na-Eun of A Pink
Na-Eun is a sub-vocalist girl group A Pink. She’s pretty cute as a kid, but she’s definitely gotten some work done on her eyes and nose. Double eyelid surgery, plus her nose was thinned out quite a bit and shaped.
Goo Hara of Kara
Goo Hara didn’t make as many changes, but she fix her nose to be smaller. Her chin also looks a bit different as well. Eyes look pretty similar, but she may have gotten some eyelid surgery there.

You might have seen this actress in Vampire Idol, The Innocent Man, and Gu Family Book. Her transformation is getting pretty extreme. The nose has changed a lot. The eyes are wider and larger. And her chin is much more shaped up. Some of it could be due to weight loss.

Actress Yoo In Na
This actress went from being a boy to a hottie. The difference is startling, although I think a lot of it DOES have to do with the fact that she knows how to style herself a lot better. Nose looks different, eyes look different, and the hair is a huge change.
Minzy of 2NE1
Singer Minzy went from being a troll to looking half decent. Her nose has been drastically altered, but the other differences are probably more due to good styling. She looks a LOT better in the after photos.

Former Miss Korea Kim Yoo Mi looks absolutely gorgeous in the bottom left photo, but her school photos show that she’s gotten a lot of work done. I see a lot altered in the eyes and chin. Also she’s got a much sexier haircut. I do want to ask, what’s the point of being in a beauty pageant if your beauty is fake?

Dasom of Sistar
She’s a South Korean idol singer from the group Sistar. Her eyes have gotten a LOT bigger. Her chin is much sharper. Her nose looks slightly smaller as well. On a side note, anyone else notice how all these girls love having bangs when they’re younger?
Actress Kim Ah Joong
Now we’re getting a bit scary. Massive facial changes. Her eyes are bigger, although she already had the coveted double eyelid. Chin & jawline is shaved. Nose is shaved quite a bit. She probably also lost a bit of weight as well.

I have to say that this is one of the most shocking examples of AMAZING plastic surgery. Im Ji Hye does not look good in the before photos. She looks like she’s 50 years old, and I’m surprised that anyone hired her to promote their product. The afters are STUNNING. She looks like she could be one of the most beautiful women on the planet.
