Melody is a sweet girl who is related to THE Jonathan Ke Quan, who played “short round” in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Now she is a model residing in Houston, TX. Check out our interview and photoshoot with Melody!

What is your ethnicity?
I am full Chinese. 100%.

Where are you from?
I was born in Los Angeles, but I now live in Houston, Texas.

How did you get started modeling?
My mom took me to Neil Hamill Agency, and then I got signed to do some commercials for Dillards and JC Penney for the kids section. When I was 16 or 17, I started doing lingerie and swimsuit.

What made you want to do lingerie and swimsuit?
Well I always wanted to do high fashion, but my height doesn’t fit the criteria. And since I knew I still wanted to model, I didn’t let that stop me and I decided to go into lingerie and swimsuit.

If you won the lottery, 50 million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would save 75% of it and give the rest to family. There’s not much I would buy.

So you have a kid?
Yes! I have a daughter, she’s 3 years old.

How has having a child changed your life?
It did a complete 360 on my life. I love her very very much. But it hasn’t affected my modeling career. I’m very good at planning my schedule and I have a family that supports me and helps me.

Currently are you single or taken?
I am taken.

What are your ideal traits for a man?
Honesty. Someone who is loyal and knows how to take care of himself.

Biggest turn-offs and turn-ons?
Turn offs: Bad odor, bad grooming, and rudeness.
Turn ons: I like someone who takes care of their family, especially if he loves his mother. Is intelligent and has a sense of humor.
