What’s your ethnicity and where do you reside?

I am a Vietnamese, Chinese, Irish, American. I’m originally from Miami and now I reside in Las Vegas.

Where do you want modeling to take you?

I’m in the tuner scene and the urban scene and right now I’m just trying to build a brand right now. My modeling actually ties in with my business.

What exactly is your business.

I have an alcohol-infused cupcake business based out of Vegas called “Sin City Cupcakes.” It’s great specifically for Vegas since we have so many parties and celebrations going on.

I’ve always liked baking and I wanted to start a business that involved baking. Then I talked to my girlfriend and she asked me, “Why don’t you bring this to Vegas?” So then I decided to pack everything and move.

Right now it’s my full-time job and it’s going great. It’s growing exponentially and organically. It’s definitely been a learning experience. We have a bakery and we also have a Mercedes Benz truck that’s wrapped in cupcakes. Then we take the truck to food festivals and events. We have a delivery service that delivers cupcakes all over Vegas.

How much alcohol would you taste in the cupcakes?

We equate it to a jello shot. We actually remove the center and insert an alcohol filling. There’s no point in “baking” out the alcohol as that just removes the effects of alcohol. A lot of the other cupcake companies do that and it’s just a waste of alcohol.

Are you single or taken?

I’m currently single. Looking for Mr. Right.

Describe Mr. Right.

Mr. Right would be a gentleman that knows how to treat a woman right. There’s a lot of assholes out there and I’m done with dating assholes. ESPECIALLY in Vegas.

So you’re pretty picky it seems like.

Yes! Must be funny. Don’t judge me because I can be weird. Someone I can be myself around. Does have a sensitive side, but not too sensitive. Maybe someone like Eric Decker, the wide receiver for the Broncos. I do like athletic men.

So what about Lebron James?

Not really. Not in that sense. He’s a little too tall. Props to his wife Savannah though!

What are your top 3 turn-offs in a guy?

Bad breath. Inconsideration – if we make plans, keep to those plans. Bad spelling and grammar is a big turn-off.

What’s the craziest thing that’s ever happened?

A TSA agent once recognized me and I said “No…” Then he said, “You’re Charlie’s niece!” I was like, “Yeah…” So apparently my uncle Charlie was playing matchmaker and told all his friends (including this guy) that I’m single and the TSA agent recognized me.

Yeah so that was really creepy. And that guy definitely doesn’t have my number.

What’s the coolest places to go in Vegas?

The best nightclubs would be XS, Hakkasan, and Light.

The worst places would be the off-the-wall strip clubs that was really really ghetto.

I like staying off the strip since I’m a local now. Firefly is a great tapas bar. Another one of my favorites is the food at Hakkasan. Red Rock Canyon is beautiful and it’s a great workout. The Hoover Dam is a nice little hike to Arizona. There’s also the track where you can drive exotic cars and race them.

What is your dream car?

The Bugatti.

What does the future hold for Dannielle Michelle?

I want my business to be my #1 priority. I would love to expand it. I want to see several locations. My 5-year plan is just to grow the business and retire early.
