Rising Chinese actress Zhang Jingchu will be playing the lead female role in Jackie Chan's Rush Hour 3.
For Zhang Jingchu, Rush Hour 3 will be her first foray into Hollywood. Quite possibly, this movie could mark her emergence as a Hollywood starlet. It's happened in a Rush Hour movie before, as actress Zhang Ziyi gained much fame after her role in Rush Hour 2.
It is rumored Zhang Jingchu's role will be that of Soo Yung, the same girl that was in the first installment of Rush Hour, however she will be in her teens or early 20s. This rumor is unconfirmed, however, as it seems unlikely there will be such a big time gap in the third installment of the series.
Zhang Jingchu will probably have her own Amped Profile soon, but until then, stay tuned to more news about the upcoming Rush Hour movie.
