Wu Zun Biography
Wu Zun, born Goh Kiat Chun, is the only non-Taiwanese member and the bass vocalist of the boy band
Fahrenheit. They released their self-titled debut album,
Fahrenheit, on September, 2006, but has first gained popularity as singers from singing various Taiwanese drama soundtracks.
Zun or Chun is also known as an actor whom has appeared in various Taiwanese television dramas like
Hanazakarino Kimitachihe,
Tokyo Juliet, and
Romantic Princess, which is currently airing in Taiwan.
Tokyo Juliet, his first drama, was the most difficult acting experience for him as he was still new in acting then.
This Brunei-born hunk has played basketball for Brunei’s national team and later became a model. He was a gym instructor and applied his business administration degree earned from RMIT University, an Australian university, as a manager to a family-owned gym club in Brunei, the
Fitness Zone. He further studied the ins and outs of the fitness business enabling him to be appointed as the chairman of the newly opened Palm Garden Hotel and to open Fitness Zone’s second shop during his Brunei visit in August 2007. He manages to achieve such a feat while doing his best in his showbiz career in Taiwan.
He is believed to be fluent in Hokkien, English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese making possible for him to communicate better with his fans during live appearances and through his blog. His blog has been his link to his fans enabling fans to know about Wu Zun’s thoughts, feelings, health, and plans for the future. He also ends his blogs with quotations that inspires fans.
His acting and singing careers have caused him to be apart from his family and he considered this as his biggest sacrifice for family is more important to him than anything in this world.
