Hero Jaejoong (real name Kim Jaejoong) is singer from South Korea most known for being a former member of the boy band DBSK (Dong Bang Shin Ki). DBSK disbanded temporarily and Hero became a member of a new Korean boy band named JYJ, which contained three of the former members of DBSK, Hero, Yoochun, and Junsu. (Management for DBSK has since announced that they will come back as a duo containing the two remaining members, Yunho and Changmin.)
Why We Like Him? Hero is one of the most beautiful men in the Kpop world. Almost everyone in South Korea thinks so. We here at Amped Asia have to agree with this. He is very feminine, but that's what makes girls swoon over him. Besides singing, he's also doing acting and more recently, directing.
A multi-talented and beautiful guy like Hero was destined for showbusiness, as he had to battle poverty to live in Seoul in order to audition for SM Entertainment. However, having strong will and determination, Hero persevered and is now one of the most popular singers in South Korea and throughout Asia.
