Ananda Everingham Biography
Ananda Matthew Everingham, a Thai-born Lao-Australian movie actor and model, was popularly known for his lead role in the Thai horror movie
Shutter in 2004. But even before the movie
Shutter, he already starred in Thai movies such as
303 Fear Faith Revenge in 1998, and
Ghost Delivery in 2003.
The year 2007 is a busy year for Ananda Everingham because he not only appeared in a number of Thai movies like
Me… Myself,
Ploy and
Bangkok Time, but also starred in Singaporean movies like
Leap of Love and
Pleasure Factory. He has a challenging role in the romantic comedy
Me… Myself wherein he played as a gay cabaret singer who had an amnesia and falls in love with a woman.For his recent project, he will be part of the Thai movie
Queen of Langkasuka by Nonzee Nimibutr to be shown in 2008.
At age 14, this Orlando Bloom look-alike was discovered by Thailand’s largest entertainment company GMM Grammy while working part-time in the family-owned Indian restaurant. He is not the only member of the family who has experienced show business for his parent’s love story was dramatized in
Love Is Forever, an NBC television movie, which was shown in 1983.
