Ramen, sushi and gyoza are up on my list, although I haven't had the chance to try a lot of Japanese dishes, yet.

Donburi Katsu! (I think that's that it's called. Like a pork cutlet.)
Sushi! (of course)
Takoyaki! (my ABSOLUTE favorite!)
Yakisoba! (although i'm getting tired of it since i eat it so much)
Curry! (i make my own and it's delicious!)
melon pan - not too sweet, yet very soft, fluffy, and filling

I want to try umeboshi (pickled plum) and natto (fermented soy beans?).
