Why do women enjoy watching asian drama more because I believe that the asian men are hotter looking and the plots are not bad in some of them.

because most women are hopelessly romantic... (hehehe), believers of fairy tales that one has a happy ending.. and women are very much appreciative. that's all i know.

heh, I actually think asian drama plots are all quite similar (especially the taiwan ones: girl hates boy. boy hates girl. they both get trapped in the same situations leading to a softening of the heart and eventually they start falling for eachother, and they all live happily ever after ) a perfect ending for girls
I just generally watch dramas to escape the reality of life... which is probably the opposite of dramas so it's like my own little world for me when i watch a drama haha

women are most likely to believed in fairy tales and happy endings, and this is what most asian dramas represent.. the lead actor is the prince charming or the knight in shining armor and the lead actress is the damsel in distress. and after overcoming all the obstacle, they will live happily ever after..

:sighs: every woman's dream is to be sweep off their feet (or something like that) and fall in love over and over again.. ^_^

agreed. the dramas give a plot which are so cliche but girls just always have a weakness for. sometimes an escape from horrible reality

i just watch dramas because i'm bored. and after or during watching it i become so sensitive but in a good way because i become really sweet like i'll tell my boyfriend i miss him and i'll leave him really sweet messages. and i actually could learn a lot from the stories like how the main characters are usually so kind and patient and it makes me want to be kind and patient tee hee!!

For my own perspective..i just love it and its like a fairy tale..more drama!!! Only asian I think can do that cute thing gestures, especially guys.. too cute!

I think because Asian Drama is more romatic to Western Drama.. thats all
