RE: Which Asian language is the easiest to learn??
i think Chinese is the hardest to learn because of all the characters and that kind of stuff. i think the easiest to learn would be Hmong becuause there is no characters and you wouldn't have to memorize that much just the basic.

RE: Which Asian language is the easiest to learn??
It definitely depends on what you're already familiar with. But here's my list of "easiest" Asian languages to learn if you're fluent in English:
1. Indonesian
2. Malaysian
3. Brunei
4. Tagalog
5. Vietnamese
6. Hmong

I've heard Chinese is the hardest language to learn. Props to the people that already know a good deal of writing and speaking of Chinese.

RE: Which Asian language is the easiest to learn??
i would think vietnamiese as they used latin alphabets, not characters like chinese or japanese. so once you learn the word structure, its pretty easy to learn

RE: Which Asian language is the easiest to learn??
Since they romanized the Malay writings, Malay is the easiest to learn! (it's really pretty easy to begin with anyway). Your grammar may suck but chances are the other person may still understand your point so yup, Malay is the easiest. And the hardest is of cos Mandarin..
