been there done that. if you caught in the same situation as a celeb say for ex. when i was at chili's same time as jessica simpson say hi if you see her not much more. you dont really know her so why push for it especially if she has security like she did that one day after some event or if she is with friends/family dont disturb her even if you are a big fan. that's just rude. there is a time and place for everything.
on the other hand if you are caught at a club, party or some other social event feel free to go chat with them or have a few drinks, etc and just have a good time just dont push it. celebs are still ppl just more famous, talk to them like you would with your friends, that is the way to insure everyone has a good time.

wow is that the norm for people who live in Los Angeles? Haha, celebs everwhere or something?
I've meet Ashanti before and I've also known Kanye West & Twista way before they became celebrities because Twista lived no more then a mile away from me and my brother was friends with him until he got all big headed with his fame and became a complete asshole. Ashanti though was a big surprise. I saw her and couldn't think of anything to say other then "Hiya" lol..

um since im not really uptodate on celebrities i would probably not even notice that a celebrity was there. however if i did recognized a celebrity i would first and foremost ask my friend if that was really them. we would probably debate it for sometime before one of us is chosen to confront the celebrity in question (most likely me since they are pansy) and ask if they were them. autographs and pictures would come shorty after i'd imagine.

ya it is if you're going to the right places. you can't just go into any random mcdonalds expecting to see a famous rapper but maybe every other one as long as you're in the right area and since most of them lived near me it's not hard. i especially love house parties because you get to compare what you got to what they got and do a whole cribs vs. martha stewart thin, that's just the beginning of the fun.

I thought it was a really good impersonator at first, but I guess you could say hi?
so many people here get nervous when they see a celebrity. they aren't god or anything, if you believe in god that is. i find many celebrities get too much credit and t.v. time (cough paris hilton) and many don't get enough either. don't get me wrong they should be praised for what they have done but sheeze people get a grip. more of the population know the name paris hilton than the names of their own senates.
