Any products that you reccomend that I use? Any methods or procedures for cleaning my pores?

Neutrogena Liquid Cleansor worked for both my cousin and I.

I recommend you not eat any food that has a high oil content.

Wash your face about 3 or more times a day.

Get plenty of sleep.

Eat fish, I mean it. The meat is good for your skin.

Avoid touching your face a lot and make sure you always wash your hands.

Clearasil Ultra Acne Wash - Maximun Strenght is currently the product of my choice.

Keeping in mind, over the counter products might varies from people to people on effects.



Silicic Acid tends to be a better treatment for those with more delicate skin and better to be used daily. Benzoyl peroxide products are more better for treating existing blemishes.

• Get plenty of sleep. Recommended amount is 8 hours.
• Wash face daily with a salicic acid product. Do not exceed four times, may cause dryness of skin.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Avoid eating, and even being exposed to food with oil.
• Avoid contacting with the face.
• Avoid dusty and poluted environment if you can.
• Avoid excessive sun exposure.

for blackheads, get blackhead scrubbing pads that they sell from Olay.
For acne, try to get some that are oil free but then, if your skin is sensitive, it will dry out your face and the benzoil proxide might even burn your face.

Yeah those type of pads. They are pretty good and also I heard from someone that Biore Strips are good because they exfoliate your skin.

yea i've tried those strips before, but they take a long time to dry and peel off. and if u do it alot ur pores will get really big

Yea you should not do it like every single day. I think it's recomended that only for one in a week or something like that.

for acne, i've heard that you should first wash your face with soap and hot water so that the pores open up and you clean them, then afterwards wash your face with cold water to close back up the pore
