Hey!
I get alot of pimples and black heads, especially during huge stress periods, like midterm exams (ugh,I'm going taking mine soon so I look like a frumpy, perpetual sweatsuit wearing monster.) so my number one tip is not to stress. But if that's not enough for you (it certainly isn't for me) I would do these beautifying rituals frequently:
-Use face scrub.
I love any kind, any brand. Just make sure it has some kind of exfoliating agent like beads, or fruit seeds that can gently scrape away dead skin that clogs your pores and creates blackheads and uneven skin texture. Make sure to follow with...
- Apply Astringent.
I love this stuff, It's usually made out of mineral water and it should definately contain salicylic acid (you can find it on the back of a bottle under the active ingredient section.). Just pour a little on a cotton ball or pad and swipe all over your face, on top of your blackheads and zits. After that...
-Slap on some Moisturizing lotion.
Alot of brands sell oil free light solutions, which is what you want to go with if you're oily faced or heavier thicker creams for dry skin. Lotions are super important for skin cause it keeps it looking youthful and it helps clear up dry skin, which can clog your pores and start up potential white heads and all that nasty that could grow on your face.
-Sweat! Sweat! Sweat!
If you sweat daily, the sweat escapes from your pores and with it goes the nasty oils and dirt that get trapped in your face. I love chill with the old ladies at my gym and do step areobics with them to get my face clean.
-If you don't sweat, then steam
Take a large bowl and set it on a flat, dry surface, fill it with steaming hot water, and let your head hover over the steam. Make sure to place a towel over your head and let it lay around the bowl, basically trapping the steam in a towel air pocket. The hot steam will open up your pores and clean them out.
I also recommend these
pimple and blackhead extraction wands they sell at sephora and sephora.com. They are so good to use since I usually scratch or cut my skin whenever I use my fingernails to pop a pimple. They even come with instructions.

I've also seen this new product beauty magazines. it's called the Zeno Acne Clearing Device. It's about the size of a Motorola Razr cell phone and it
uses targeted heat distrubution to apparently zap your zit into oblivion. Hehheh, I'm not sure if it works, I've never used it, but has anyone here have?

I hope I helped with my tips!
