when someone says so,i casually say:
1.I'm a little younger so i don't need to have BF right now
2.I'm concentrating on my studies.
3.My parents will kill me............and so on yaaaaarrrrrr........

I usually say that I'm too young to have one or that I'm not interested in having one...
In extreme cases I tell them that there's no point in having one :]

Just tell them you havent found sum1 yet.

If I'm single at the moment I tell them I'm ENJOYING THE FREE LIFE!!

lol well that's how I see it. i don't like serious relationships so I'm often a lot of times single and then date someone for a month and repeat.
