Late. That really explains it. I'm one of those late sleepers, late waking kinda people. But even if I need to wake early the next day.. I still sleep late. Or if I really REALLY need to wake up early, I'll sleep early, but I won't be able to sleep in bed and I'll just toss and turn.

usually around 12-1am during school days and around 2-3am during the weekends and holidays... probably like 5-7 hours of sleep on school days and 8-12 hours of sleep on weekends and holidays

2 days ago, I had a sudden change to my sleeping schedule.

I got contacts now and I must wake up earlier to put them on.

So I would try to sleep at as early as 10 APM and wake up at 5 AM.

7 hours of sleep just isn't enough.
