Problems are arising again in Vivian Chow's relationship. The Cantopop singer's boyfriend, Joe Nieh was photographed at a Hong Kong club French-kissing with another woman. Nieh confessed to his actions saying that "I was wrong. It was very stupid I have embarrassed my partner."

Despite being an item for 20 years, Vivian Chow and Joe Nieh have had a rough relationship. Nieh has been linked to other Hong Kong starlets in the past including Anita Chan and Ruby Yao.

Ouch! Vivian still looks pretty as ever! She haven't change a bit since her debut in the 1990s till she decided to stop singing and concentrate on life priorities such as getting married and starting a family.

ouch! thats hurt, things like this really happened and it cant be stopped. they had this rough times dealing with their relationship. i just hope they'll fixed this in due time.

Leo Ku, common friend of both Chow and Nieh, shares that from their recent phone conversation, Chow sounds fine and there is no need for anyone to worry.

As for the young lady who locked lips with Nieh, Netizens have managed to find her pictures and profile. She is said to be a 24-year-old girl from Hainan, China, doing her final year studies in Hong Kong University. Pictures from her blog shows her hot figure, sexy dressing and also reveal her frivolous night life.

There been reports saying that Joe Nieh surprised the public with news on his marriage with Vivian Chow.

According to sources, the wedding should be taking place on January 5, 2009, where Nieh personally went to the marriage registration on December 18. He wants to catch the media's attention with his action.

Under Hong Kong's marriage legislation, the earliest date for marriage registration is 17 days after both parties sign the marriage notice.

The venue will be somewhere secluded away from the harassment and sight of the media. Nieh is currently sourcing for a suitable location.

The wedding will be a simple with just four to five tables at the banquet for families and close friends like Leo Ku, Cheung Tat-Ming, Vincent Kuk and Jo Kuk.

Chow's manager Ambrose Chan says, "The wedding has not been arranged. I will not be involved in the preparations because I'm busy with other stuff."

Though the public has been criticizing Chow's decision to marry the unfaithful and disloyal man, it doesn't bother her. Despite having people who are against the marriage, Chan says there are also many other friends whom supportive of it.

Chow has no plans to announce the wedding publicly in person.
