The 24-year old computer technician, Sze Ho-chun that started one of the biggest Hong Kong's sex scandal faces trial for his plea of alleging stealing Edison Chen's photos with numerous Hong Kong singers and actresses engaging in sexual activities without proper consent.

Chen sent a representative to drop his laptop off at a repair shop where Sze allegedly copied the photos.

Unfortunately, he was pleaded not guilty.

Wtf how can he plea not guilty! He should have just pleaded guilty or taken a deal. Normally when people plea not guilty the judge gives them a harsher sentencing depending if the jury finds them guilty of course. Wait does Hong Kong have a jury panel?

You're assuming he's guilty. What ever happened to "Assume innocent until proven otherwise"?

I thought it was innocent until proven guilty and yep I assume he's guilty but I'm no jury so it's not like I can sentence him.

I believe Hong Kong follow the same laws we have in the U.S, but I'm sure it just a bit different...I guess...

When I read the news...I thought something was definitely wrong so I tried other sources but unfortunately, they all say he was pleaded not guilty...sucks
