i read a study one time about this... drinking more water increase metabolism... i can't remember why but it's supposed to work.... also eating healthier foods helps.... whole grains.... if you don't eat them now you won't like them at first probably but after awhile you start to like them

don't eat processed foods those are bad too.... a few years ago i really needed to lose some weight... i lost 30 lbs in 3 months by changing what i eat and drink.... 20% of your daily calories come from liquids O_o
