After a four-hour penalty incurred from the last leg, Team Hong Kong, composed of Vince Chung and Sam Wu, zoomed past the then leading Team Malaysia and Team Philippines and be the first place winner for The Amazing Race Asia 3 (TARA3). Team Philippines, composed of Geoff Fernandez and Tisha Silang, wins second place and Team Malaysia, composed of Ida Nerina and Tania Khan, wins third place.

The last leg of the race was raced from Oman to Phuket, Thailand wherein the teams must dig a treasure chest containing the $100,000 prize money for the final road block. Team Hong Kong dug it first and able to run the 5km race carrying the treasure chest to the final pit stop.

Season finale of TARA3 was shown tonight at 9pm Singapore time at AXN-Asia. Allan Wu hosted the Race.

Yep... and the season 3 was just concluded an hour ago... I think it's available via torrent... I couldn't make a direct d/l link coz of the license thingy... I did just that last season and I got reprimanded! lol

i forgot to watch the finale of TARA3 and awwe so disappointment that the Team Philippines was 2nd place, but proud of them they made it to the finale. Wait, Mark and Robin (?) of TARA1 also in finale race right but they didnt won. i hope when TARA4 shown (if there would be) Team Philippines won

That'll be Mark and Rovilson of TARA2... yep they're just third... they could be first though if only Mark played the last road block... lol... Aubrey Miles and friend is the Team Philippines for TARA1
