Review
I thought that this Drama was hilarious. The Fact that the boys hate each other and then fact that the girls are very mean to the boys, and that someone is trying to steal theie inheritance. Asides from having mean girls ruling the class, the teacher is a very laid back person and likes to do things in a democrocy. As the story begins, the boys each like a different girl, but the girls seem to not like them back till the very end. My most favourite thing about this drama is the fact that every character has a very good facial expression. The Songs for this drama is also pretty good.

Synopsis

The story revolves around the lives of two basketball players: Yuan Da Ying (Alan/Show Luo) and Dong Fang Xiang (Jerry Yan). Yuan Da Ying is a nobody, who has a lot of passion for basketball; Dong Fang Xiang is a basketball superstar, AKA War God Dong Fang Xiang, who does not even know why he plays the game. Yuan Da Ying has no skill whatsoever in basketball, while Dong Fang Xiang even has secret Legendary moves that supposedly only he can use. Even though their difference is great, a few turn of events lead them both to Pi Li University where they meet each other and become rivals--in basketball and also for the love of Zhan Jie Er (Zhou Cai Shi), who is Dong Fang Xiang's childhood friend.

War God Dong Fang Xiang is very good at basketball.

Li Ying (Coco Jiang), also known as W, is a very famous (and sexy/foxy woman, I must say) NBA consultant in the United States and decides to coach the then embarrassing Pi Li Basketball team and enlists, Yuan Da Ying, Du Fei (Zhang Yan Ming), Qi Xiao Yun (Lin Pai Yan), Qi Xiao Yu (Lin Pai Yan), and eventually Dong Fang Xiang, after a showdown with Yuan Da Ying.

Yuan Da Ying and his stance of basketball seriousness.

With the formation of the new Pi Li basketball team, the five players become close and go on a great journey to relieve themselves of the title given to the former basketball team before them, the "Pi Li 5 Losers". Oh and there's also another main character, Wu Ji Zun (Wu Zun), who is very mysterious and helps them out occasionally, but his identity would not be known until much later. He is usually accompanied by his brother Wu Ji Wei (George Hu).

Wu Zun should've had more parts

The Review

The series was okay but I have to split the review in two parts because of the increasing differences between the majority of the series to the last few episodes.

The majority of the series was pretty good and hooked basketball addicts like me to the show. However, it was a bit predictable at times and the romance parts could have used A LOT of work. It came off kind of cheesy, like the typical "can't be with you because of class differences" story. It's already 2009 (2008 for the series) and it is hardly believable that the girl can still be worried about that! But the saving point of the series is the basketball action. The special effects, the amazing moves, the intensity of the games, and the funny dialogue and silliness of Yuan Da Ying on the court are well worth it. The amount of "bad guys" that make an appearance to test the 5 heroes also make a good performance and have interesting characters.

However, after *spoiler* Pi Li team wins the Championship, a little past half-way through the series, there was not much left to do *End spoiler*. The last few episodes was about uncovering the secrets about why Jie Er does not want to be with Dong Fang Xiang, which in my opinion would have been better if it was not included and just stuck to the "Class differences" story instead, because her new reasons are kind of really weird (*spoiler* Her dad was actually a spy against his grandfather's company *End spoiler*). All this is happening while Yuan Da Ying was being vengeful as he learns about the past and decides to have nothing to do with Dong Fang's family anymore. Which is kinda weird because later on *spolier*he changes his personality again and helps him anyways *End spoiler*

Yuan Da Ying and Dong Fang Xiang are fighting for her love.

Also, I wish that the relationship between W and Yuan Da Ying could have been expanded. Too many spoilers to say for this one though because I'm sure even with my warnings, readers will end up reading it and I don't want to ruin it... heh.

W. The hot coach.

I think this change of pace in the story is because, after the championships, they ran out of things to do. The last basketball game that ended the show was really good, even bringing back some of their enemies back, at least until the final five minutes. It ended abruptly with many untied knots and loose holes... So either it ended too soon or it dragged on too long.

The music is very catchy and fits the theme well. Nese's "Superman" and "U Got Me" are very catchy, upbeat songs that I makes me feel like playing basketball while listening to them (and I have actually). If there was something good that I'm going to be taking with me even after the show is over, it would be these songs.

Hot Shot is highly watchable though. I recommend watching it especially if you are a fan of basketball and like light-hearted comedies. But those looking for a complex love triangle and a lot of crying moments, this is not the drama for you.

80%... Would have been lower if the basketball scenes were not as great.

Devil Beside You Synopsis:
After finally getting the courage to confess her feelings, Qi Yue (Rainie Yang) was handing her love letter to Yuan Yi (Kingone), but by a stroke of bad luck, he did not see and walked passed her. The person standing in front of her was the troublemaker of the school, infamously known for his devilish ways – Jiang Meng (Mike He). The devil will get what he wants, and the object of his desire was Qi Yue. Although having a cruel exterior, Ah Meng’s heart is kind and caring, which truly touched Qi Yue. The big problem remained – Ah Meng is the son of the man Qi Yue’s mother is going to marry. Even though they were not related by blood, who will accept this step brother-sister relationship? What is to become of their relationship when other lovers come into the picture?
I love this TV series! It great I love the story line and how it talks about societies pressures on teenagers and how they are looked upon and pressured into things they don’t want adding the right amount of humor in it to make you smile or in my case fall off your chair because you laughed so hard =). I feel this TV series is just right in the sense that it doesn’t keep you waiting forever for an ending but still gives you enough detail. I think the characters that played them fit perfect as they made a really good couple and Mike was able to portray the devil character to the letter as his attitude and personality were perfect for his role, I liked the way he would treat Rainie as if didn’t care for one second and then can become tender and loving in another scene. I loved it! Rainie also played a really good role. She was able to portray sadness, happiness, tension and seriousness in a ll the appropriate scenes but was still able to be funny. The themes in this tv series were really good because they showed things that we go through everyday and showed different ways of responding to them.
I would definitely recommend this tv series to everyone! Trust me you wont go wrong if you watch this. It has romance for the romantics, comedy for the comedians and has the right amount of tension and seriousness for those that want something like that, and also has the kissing for the feisty ones! so buy it, download it! You’ll love it and you wont regret it!
My opinion:

though its not as exciting as the first season, in here, you'll feel more sympathy for shan cai not for the heart ache dao ming si's mother had caused but, but for the heart ache of dao ming si's caused for losing his memory. you'll witness how she fought for the love she had for Dao Ming Si and still willing to wait and risk it all no matter what.

dao ming si's character really piss me off. He is so heartless toward Shan Cai. I really admire F3 friendship with Shan Ci, I thought that was really sweet.

for me the series is kinda lond enough and the ending was just weak.. it lacked originality and just left you hanging!, but i had to finished it all for me to understand it more and to witness what had happened on their relationship.

My opinion:

who will never forget this series? this series is the best series ive seen in chinese entertainment, i may say im one of the million people who loves this series. This drama is widely overrated for its stereotypical hate-turns-to-love plot. its quite ordinary to look at but somehow like a fairy tale love story like cinderela but in modern version and only the difference is that there is no wicked stepmother and stepsisters. Instead, there is a very complicated and confusing relationship between the female and male leads. As the story unfolds and the love triangles tangle, a story of love, hate, sorrow, comedy, and passion takes over the audiences' emotions. this series is really worth watching and whoever did not watch this, huh! he/she misses her/his half life.... lol.

Cast:
Isabella Leong
Rainie yang
John Shen
Jay Shih

Summary:
Rainie Yang as Jade is a webcam exhibitionist, who visits a tattoo parlor looking for a sexy decoration to excite her clients. She requests for a spider lily tattoo similar to the one framed at the tattoo parlor…The tattoo that was famed on the wall of the parlor was actually a real skin from female tattoo artist father who died, Isabella Leong as Takeko, the tattoo artist denied her request at first, but afterward she did agree to it.(not going to tell you why, since I want you to watch the movie) When Takeko visit Jade's website, Takeko finds out that they knew each other 10 years ago when Jade had a crush on her when jade was only 9 years old. Their love does not show much throughout the show; it only seems to starts only near the shows ends…

My opinion:
I find this movie very convincing, since I never saw Rainie and Isabella as a lesbian before and I want to know how they will act like if they were lesbian… I find the story to be very sad, since the both character that have a very sad background. Overall I find this movie to be very good and I’m recommending everyone to watch this movie.

This drama is about the dolphin bay legend, that when two lovers meet at dolphin bay and a dolphin appears marking their love, no matter how many times they are separated, they will be destined to be with each other. Angela Chang stars as Yi Tian Bian, an orphan who was adopted by her foster mother and lives at dolphin bay. She is a dolphin lover and has never forgotten her childhood friend and lover, Dada (who is actually Xu Zeya) because the two of them had made a pact that Dada will return to find her back. Tian Bian later becomes a new singer of SET and is chosen to sing for SKYWALK, a project by Chung Xiao Gang, the music director who was quite well-known. She is unaware that Xu Zeya, the general manager of SET was actually Dada but when she eventually finds out, he was engaged to Shanni (the engagement was fake at first), the Programme Manager and Music Director Chung had already fallen in love with Tian Bian (Director Chung used to be in love with Shen Man Qing, a very successful singer, known as Asia's Queen). The two destined lovers, Tian Bian and Zeya had been swallowed into this complicated love web and it is only at the end, after Shanni had passed away from leukemia and Tian Bian, having become a successful singer, confesses that she does not love Director Chung at her world tour concert, that the two are finally rejoined when Tian Bian returns from her world tour concert.
Xin Lei (Barbie Hsu), a girl from a wealthy family, and Qin Lang (Alan Luo), a guy who came to Shanghai to pursue his dream of becoming an artist, meet by accident at a corner when her car and his bike crash into each other. The two meet again and Xin Lei asks Qin Lang to teach her how to make owajian (oyster omelette) so that she can show her future parents-in-law that she's capable of many things, including cooking. Xin Lei's parents however have been hiding from her that their company is going bankrupt, and she finds out the next morning when her parents abandoned her, leaving her in the hands of her fiance. However, her fiance's parents disapprove of their marriage now that Xin Lei's parents have left. All Xin Lei can do is go to Taiwan, where her family has a house.

Xin Lei leaves for Taiwan and meets Qing Lang again. Coincidently, Qing Lang, his grandma and his friend/relative, all live at Xin Lei's house!! Both parties argue that the house is theirs, and the issue doesn't really get resolved, but Ah Ma (Qing Lang's grandma) lets Xin Lei stay there until she gets a job, earns money, and is capable of living on her own. From here, Xin Lei and Qin Lang's relationship develop into respect and later on loove!!

The turning point is when Xin Lei's fiance returns to the story, when he asks Xin Lei to return to Shanghai with him. The storyline, I think, is really good and was written really well. This is a really funny and cute series, and I think many people will enjoy it as I did!!

The synopsis:
Xiao Shi seems to be cursed when it comes to love, having been dumped 17 times. Her relationships seems to never last longer than 3 months sadly... Then switch over to He Jun, an idol singer who has just had his heart publicly broken by his longtime girlfriend, Rita, who actually likes his younger brother, Ah Zhe. Thus, while running away from a couple of reporters, He Jun bumps into the depressed Xiao Shi walking, causing the two to fall and kiss one another.

Pictures of their kiss are spread all over the newspapers the next day. To avoid a scandal, He Jun’s manager/agent announces that Xiao Shi is actually He Jun’s fiancée. Xiao Shi agrees to go with the flow, in order to not disappoint her family, who are expecting her to bring home boyfriend number 17, because they thought the relationship was going good... >.<

Thus begins the cutest story. =D

My opinions of the storyline:
Great length of storyline. I do agree that this storyline is kinda like Full House...However it is still different lol no da! with different actors and, it has it's own cute parts to it too.

!WARNING! The following review will spoil the viewer's anticipation of watching this drama. It is not recommanded for viewers who terribly wants to watch it.

Main Cast
Annie Wu (An Da Tao):
Xiao Tao is a girl who has dark skin and light hair, giving others the impression that she is a "beach bunny" and sexually promiscuous. Many have thought that she isn't a good person. On the contrary, she is a shy and insecure girl, though she has a fierce temper. She swam in high school thus her dark complexion. Since high school, she has liked Dong Si secretly. When she learnt that he dislikes girls who have a dark tan, she intended to reveal her feelings to him when her tan is lighter. But when she finally gets into the same university with him, she is often framed by the evil angelic looking Sha Hui and their romance ends quickly.

I feel that she is too mature for the role although her cheerful personality and healthy physique fits the manga character's image. The others look young and innocent but she looks at least a few years older than all of them. Her acting is raw and it is unbelievable that she is bullied by a girl who is thinner and smaller in size. She is incompatible with Vansess as lover, overall.

Ken Wu (Dong Si Sen Yi Shi):
A basketball player who has been Xiao Tao's crush since high school and he knows Xiao Tao from high school. But being hesitant and an introvert, he missed many opportunities to confess his love for her. He incidentally hears her confession and is overjoyed. But being deceived by Sha Hui, he has many misunderstandings with her which causes her to suffer in silence. He has a good heart, but tends to be hard-headed and oblivious to what's in front of him.

Because his final choice is Sha Hui, many viewers don't know whether to hate or like him.

Vanness Wu (Gang Ah Li):
A popular and carefree schoolmate of Xiao Tao's. He has the reputation of being a playboy. Xiao Tao once saved his life when he almost drowned at the beach; his interest in her is renewed when Sha Hui spreads rumors about them being a couple. Xiao Tao's inevitable "kiss" with him is her first kiss. No matter how she treats him, he guards beside her and never asks for anything in return. When she gets bullied or her relationship with Dong Si is threatened, he tries to be their mediator.

Although Vanness proves to be suitable for the role in being active and sociable, I feel that he is reprising his role as Mei Zhuo in "Meteor Garden". His fans claim that he gave an overall refreshing feeling as Ah Li, but I disagree.

Michelle Gu (Bo Lin Sha Hui):
Xiao Tao's "best friend". Her fair features (pale skin, black hair) serve as a contrast to Xiao Tao; her "innocent" appearance belies her scheming, manipulative nature. She is a double-headed snake, when she is in front of others, she is like an angel. In reality, she has a strong sense of possessiveness. When she sees that Xiao Tao is slowly becoming the centre of attraction, she became increasingly upset over it. She pretends to get close to her but tries to create discord between her and others. When she knows that her beloved Dong Si likes Xiao Tao, she frames Xiao Tao but Ah Li reveals her evil nature in the end.

Michelle stole Annie's limelight as her roleplaying skills are better than Annie. She was a newcomer then.

Synopsis
From my research:
Based on the shoujo manga by Miwa Ueda, this is a story about jealousy, revenge, the powers of love and friendship and the ties of fate that bind people together...

An Da Tao aka Xiao Tao is an undergraduate who transferred into Dong Si, her secret crush's university. From the start of the semester, things subsequently went wrong for her... She falls at the beach and sprained her ankle; she had unwittingly made it as the university's ball queen, angering the post ball queen, Sha Hui, her enemy. Xiao Tao's life is further complicated with the introduction of Ah Li, a wise-cracking playboy who is determined to make her his because Xiao Tao saved him from drowning the summer before university started. These proved to be just about too much Xiao Tao till she was visited by lady luck; she and Dong Si begin to date! This happiness is short lived as the calculative Sha Hui is determined to be the numero uno Miss Popularity, even if it means destroying Xiao Tao in the process. Things became even more complicated when Sha Hui, in an attempt to make Xiao Tao miserable, forced Dong Si to break up with Xiao Tao by threatening to discredit Xiao Tao with her newly acquired access to the mass media. Though Dong Si was defiant to begin with, he reluctantly broke up with Xiao Tao in order to protect her. Xiao Tao was terribly heartbrokened and traumatised. Especially the fact that she didn't know it was part of Sha Hui's schemes. However, Xiao Tao soon reciprocate Ah Li's love and began dating Ah Li, whom she had previously considered annoying. Their love eventually ran deep... When the Health Education teacher finally revealed to Xiao Tao what had happened and why Dong Si broke up with her, Xiao Tao was left to choose between Dong Si and Ah Li.
Standing on the sidelines is Ah Li who had made known that Xiao Tao is the only girl for him. She decided to choose Dong Si, who in her mind was the right one for her even though Ah Li is totally commited to her... Can Dong Si and Xiao Tao manage to keep their relationship afloat? Will Sha Hui succeed in her devious plans? Or will Xiao Tao realise that the Ah Li is the man for her?

My Opinion (Review)

Wang Li Hom sanged the opening theme, Wei Yi Ai De Jiu Shi Ni. The English translation of the title of the opening theme sucked so I put down the Hanyu Pinyin.

"Behind the Scenes" of this drama is definitely more interesting than the drama (stick with the manga, seriously).

According to sources:
The role of "Dong Si" was initially given to Jerry Yan of F4. It was believed that only Jerry Yan could present the coolness of Dong Si. However, Jerry Yan fell ill at that time and rejected the role. The company decided within 2 days to use Ken Wu. It was Ken Wu's first time in acting in a serial. He was used to acting on stage productions, but, the producer was satisfied with his performance. They felt his shy and scholarly nature fit the role.

The second obstacle came from Michelle Gu. As many like Vanness's role as "Ah Li", it became a hot topic that caused disturbance to her. She suddenly went missing for a few days and they had to stop filming. The company nearly went mad and she only appeared days later. She had a talk with the company and decided to continue with the work. She was so upset that she was afraid to step out of her home, she wanted her character "Sha Hui" to be killed.

Michelle had to be pacified. Others scolded her for she acted too well as the evil "Sha Hui". Many were taken aback as Michelle was normally cheerful and her sudden disappearance made all shocked. It was impossible to change her to be a nice person all of a sudden, they had to make her acts justifiable.

The scene where Xiao Tao saved Ah Li was filmed in the aftermath of a typhoon. The beach was littered with rubbish and the sea had floating logs. As the actors, actresses had to walk barefooted, the crew had to clean the beach spot-clean. Despite Vanness being a good swimmer, when it came to the saving scene, it was NG'ed for more than 10 times. Annie and Michelle nearly froze as their clothes got wet, dry and wet repeatedly! Vanness could feel nothing in the kissing scene because his lips turned purple due to the cold.

It was raining when it came to the pool saving scene. Annie didn't look like saving someone - she looked like harming someone! Thus, she was laughed at. She too was unsatisfied when she previewed the clips. Vanness was grateful to the crew for treating him to a hot soup after filming the scene so that he would not catch a cold.

The first episode had the ball scene. The crew spent NT$200,000 to find 50 over extras to dance in the pub. Vanness and Annie had practised Latin dance for 2 days. The scene when he spins her 360 degrees terrified her. She kept asking him if he could carry her. He consoled her continuously that it would be fine. But the actual filming made all saw how he threw her on the dance floor for several times. He sweated profusely as his limbs and arms went numb. For over 10 times, he swayed her body. The last nearly gave her a brain concussion.

The whole studio was filled with her screams. After the filming, she had blisters so Vanness finally took a good look at her. He was attracted by her sexy appearance in the dance dress instead! Annie was very nervous to take up the role. Many had to give her lots of assurance to continue filming.

The manga's author is Shang Tian Mei He. She wasn't that famous but the creation of this manga created popularity. Her mangas are mostly on romances with happy endings and encouragements. Most of the female characters have big eyes and love crying. This manga is different from the rest as Xiao Tao is unique, wild and healthy - different from the other gentle charactered girls. Sha Hui must be her most evil character and it helped her to win the 23rd annual girl comic awards. Even 'Friend' magazine also chose it as #1.

The serial version created a new ending for Ah Li and Xiao Tao to be together. It seemed as the viewers all dislike the supporting actor to wish his lover well and give her away to someone else. It didn't get good viewership as many dislike the storyline and the lack of famous artistes in the serial. Many picked on Ken Wu and Annie Wu's acting, saying that they still need a lot of guidance to do better.

MY CONCLUSION
The acting done by Ken and Annie were stiff and unreal. The scheme/ ploting scenes were deliberate, fake and literally childish. The producers are surely "skillfull" enough to be satisfied by the cast's performance. The lack of chemistry between the actors and actresses, the lure of the viewers to the drama, the unattractive storyline and unacceptable acting render the drama a failure.

Only watch it if you are a faithful F4 fan or you wish to see Vanness acting as the lead for the first time.

The synopsis:
Two different individuals becomes a couple; a popular guy with the passion of racing motorcycles, name of Chen Ling, and a quiet and shy artist girl by the name of Qiluo. Both experieces unforgettable pasts. Throughout the series they must learn how to face their past and to trust one another. Besides the main love story narrative, the storyline of Mars discusses topics such as mental illness, sexual harassment, suicide and bullying....

My opinions of the storyline:
Mars storyline was good, the series followed the manga by Fuyumi Soryo pretty well, but it had a few extreme parts for me. Since it covers mental illness, sexual harassment, and suicide...HOwever it was different and taught me more.

characters and the actors:
Chen Ling - Vic Zhou
Qiluo - Barbie Hsu
Qing Mei - Megan Lai
Da Ye - Xiu Jie Kai

The synopsis:
F4 graduates from the school and invites Shan Cai on their graduation trip to Spain. It turns out that the F3, Hue Ze Lei, Shi Men, and Mei Zhou plans to let Dao Ming Si have alone time with Shan Cai lol. So at the airport they surpraise the couple and not board the plan with them. Dao Ming Si and Shan Cai go have a cute couple time. One day while looking around a flea market in Spain, Shan Cai lays eyes on a meteor ring, saying it's cute and making a big deal out of it lol. Dao Ming Si says since she likes it so much he'll get it for her. Shan Cai thinking that rings shouldn't be given freely "her thoughts rings = propose/marriage." Dao Ming Si slow one doesn't understand haha. Before boarding the plane to spain at the start Hue Ze Lei gives a letter to Dao Ming Su telling him to read it when he is in Spain. So that night Dao Ming Su reads it. Turns out that Hue Ze Lei wanted to propose to Jing (first girl he ever loved) at a small church in Spain with a myth of Love what not. But Jing never appeared so Hue Ze Lei wasn't able to achieve that. The letter tells Dao Ming Si to help him fulfill it by proposing to Shan Cai there in that same church. So Morning comes. Shan Cai wakes up and finds Dao Ming Si to be nowhere but a box with a white dress and some instructions from Dao Ming Si. Which is to wear that dress, go down to the lobby of hotel and there will be a chuffer that will take her to the church to meet him. While he goes out and buys the ring from the day before that she likes and some flowers to be ready to propose to her. =D Sadly on the way he gets into a car accident with a girl. He ends up loosing his past memories which includes Shan Cai....
So Meteor Garden season two is about Shan Cai doing everything in her power to get Dao Ming Si to rememeber her again. Which is hard when he ends up having another relationship with the girl from the accident!

My opinions on the storyline:
The storyline of Meteor Garden was good to me however I thought they dragged the problem WAY toooooo long about how Dau Ming Si can't remember Shan Cai. Which made me frustrated LOL. I was practically yelling at Jerry to just make up his mind lol >.< (sorrie Jerry haha). Watching this series made me not care who Barbie would end up with lol, vic or Jerry. Which is funnai cause watching the first season I totally rooted for Jerry and Barbie haha no matter what happened. LOL
Watch it if you want to know the outcome of the series lol.

Characters and actors:
Same cast from Meteor Garden One plus three new character but this time no rainie yang =/:
Shan Cai - Barbie Hsu
Dao Ming Si - Jerry Yan
Huaze Lei - Vic Zhou
Ximen - Ken Chu
Meizuo - Vanness Wu
Ching He - Edward Ou
Yesha - Michelle Saram

(her character was getting on my nerves lol XD, but don't get me wrong i think Michelle is pretty just didn't like her character cause she was the one who between Shan Cai and Dau Ming Si! LOL)
Mimi - Megan Lai
and the girl Meizuo has a relationship with in this sequel =].

My Thoughts:
Meteor Garden season two for me was not as great as one...because agian I thought they dragged the problem a little too long. lol But i enjoyed the cute parts of Shan Cai and Dau Ming Si lol and Meizuo's relationship with the girl. =].

Conclusions:
I would only recommend this series to people who are like me who was curious on what happens in the sequel and is a big fan of f4. lol If not, I think leaving it at the first season ending would be good enough. lol.

Synopsis
The Outsiders is about three "brothers" (no blood relation, they are just inseparable friends), Yu Hao, Shan Zi, and Yang Xiong Qi. They are the stereotypical bad-boys, who fight for what they want. Yu Hao falls in love with a classmate named Xiao Yan Zi, who saved him from a gang ambush by calling for the cops. The Outsiders revolves around the story of Yu Hao and Xiao Yen Zi's love and the obstacles that their love has to endure.

Review
The series is definitely edgier than what I was used to. There's plenty of violence and blood as well as mature themes. However, I really liked MOST of this drama series because it was exciting and incredibly fast-paced. The beginning is somewhat cheerful, but as the series progresses, the mood becomes melancholy and sad. When I said I liked MOST of the series, and this is true. But I didn't really enjoy the ending as much, but to avoid spoilers, I won't tell you what happens. Just be warned that if you were expecting a totally happy ending, then you won't be satisfied with the ending to The Outsiders.

The actors and actresses were all pretty good. An Yi Xuan is quite the beautiful actress so I'm glad that she was in this series. Dylan Kuo is also very good at acting, although I know he is among the model-turned-actor. The other characters, such as the brothers and the uncle, were also very well developed. Lan Zheng Long (Blue) and Michael Zhang were the actors for the other brothers.

If you are looking for an action/romance series, then The Outsiders would be perfect for you. It has everything for guys including action/violence, a hot female lead starlet, and an interesting gangster storyline. The soundtrack is also very nice as well - I especially liked the opening and ending themes.

My gripe is that the ending could have easily been changed to be a happy one, yet they purposely made it a bit sad so that the series had a more dramatic end. I thought this wasn't necessary, and it made me enjoy the series much less. I would reccomend you go into this series knowing that the ending isn't ideal or you may get emotionally hurt as you finish the series.
