Hey all I'm back on this site!!! Jeez University is stressful eh? Hope all is doing well. I need everyone's help as long as Lance is cool about it. I need people to sign up to this point giving website which allows you to get PS3's and stuff like that. It's a pretty cool site! So if you can help me sign up I would be grateful!

So we can make randomness threads in that section so here it go... I'll say everything that come out from my tiny brain withtout thinking before typing :

ok right now I am thinking about cookies, I am hungry and want some, that is probably the first thing I'll do after this post : getting cookies and milk. Yeah milk, some like theirs cookies without milk but me I can't eat mine with no milk. it's funnn to let them become all squssshii sushiii in the milk.

next topic, the police ok I have to do a frustation cry *YWAAAAAA* I got a ticket today omg he was following me for about 5 minutes I now officially hate pigs......

ok I need to say right now I'm in kinda detress mood I hurt myself few minutes ago..... I accidentally slamed the door of my room against my small toe. Ok god why? why is it alway the small toe that take every wounds

What does stupidity mean for you? For me it's someone who use the microwave to warm up his sock on morning. And why in the world there are so many stupids ppl? My answer for that question would be.... we need them XD stupids ppl are not useless they are an important part of the society, they do politic and give tickets XD. heh but seriously we need them to laugh

So I was suspecting that my boyfriend was cheating on me. Recently he's been acting strange. I took a look at his phone to check the time and he went berserk saying that I should ask him before looking at his phone. I was just like ok...

So there were other signs as well. He doesn't like to hang out with me that much anymore. He's always doing other things. So one day I decided I'd figure out what he was up to.

I drove my car to his house on Friday night because he told me he was going to go out with his friends.

So to my surprise I see a cab roll up to his house. Its license plate said FRESH and it had dice in the mirror. If anything I could say that this cab was rare, but I thought man forget it, Yo homes, to bel-air!

I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie Yo homes smell ya later!. I looked at my kingdom I was finally there, to sit on my throne as the Prince of Bel Air...

The Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) cannot have such huge turnovers unless these public bodies implement certain innovative solutions and management practices. These Corporations should concentrate only on acquiring lands and developing the peripheral infrastructure much in advance to meet the emerging needs of a vast section of the population. They should sell the housing stock created under this development model only to the less privileged sections. Such an approach will alter the development of real estate in Kerala.

However, with the government-controlled agencies like the KSHB, the fixed costs are less than five percent. For new Housing Corporations mostly in the private sector, that is keen on applying better technical know-how and implementing innovative management services, the fixed costs are less than two percent. Of the private controlled housing bodies, those that do not create ample social mass housing with speed, to the required quality, in adequate quantity and at reasonable costs, have defeated the purpose of their existence and the government and the public cannot bear the cost incurred by these white elephants in the future.

Due to the march of the market forces, many of the white elephants have already shut shop. It is interesting to note that scores of builders and realtors that were big names in the past have been completely eclipsed and are literally unheard now. The main reason for such a situation is that they never managed the real estate under their control properly. There was no room for innovation and implementation of better management practices were totally ignored. The profit motive was literally absent and the management was more interested in getting on with the daily activities with generous grants and bailouts from the government.

Almost all the leading private professional builders always have many on-going projects in several localities. Even before the completion a building project they are able to sell off the entire units and then concentrate on developing the next one.
