A friend and myself sat for about an hour choosing different Japanese actors/actresses to play the roles based on dramas we'd already seen

The subbed version of Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge was finally released a few days ago, so I finally got to watch it (Miura Fan!) Even though Miura wasn't the starring role, I thought that the film was great and well worth watching. There is a hint of romance for all you romance lovers out there, but the story doesn't really focus on their relationship. There were funny moments aswell, which at one point got me laughing out loud when everyone was asleep . So if you've got some spare time, maybe from finishing exams or something, You should watch this!

~~I haven't watched this drama yet, but a few of my friends said it was good because it was different to your typical J-Drama.~~
EDIT: I'm watching this drama at the moment, it's really good! If you get past the first two episodes it starts to get quite interesting I'm up to episode 9 now, but viikii the main source of the video for most sites has some problems with streaming at the moment >.> so I can't finish it yet

I recommend it to those who are looking for a Romance J-Drama without soppy bits

EDIT 2: I was meaning to edit this for a while now because I finished it a while ago haha. Viikii fixed the vids so I was able to watch the end of Love Shuffle. Overall, I still have the same thoughts as before I liked the ending, although I thought it lacked a little something, but I can't put my finger on it...

This is such a great drama! Kinda reminds me of Hana Kimi (Japanese Version) because of the forbidden love theme going on

Im sorry if Im bothering you but Im in a little desperate situation. I haven't been able to settle down on one specific drama. Im watching Bambino and im enjoying it but Im almost finished an I dont want to go 5 months without watching a drama. Im in need of a romance Comedy.

Summary

It was a tremendous shock for me seeing this series, my first time to witness a kind of drama which i really think a very controversial one. This is A realistic and very odd drama on Japanese TV that takes HIV and teenage girls who have sex to make money to a new perspective.

Fukada Kyoko plays a Tokyo high school girl. A girl who is in love with a music producer portrayed by Takeshi Kaneshiro. She wanted so much to watch his concert but she has no money. So, she does the next stupid thing that many Japanese teenage girls do to get a lot of money…prostitution.

Well, things change her after that and this starts the events that will change her life. She is now HIV-positive.

She eventually meets and sleeps with her music idol , Kaneshiro’s character on the other hand is interested in the high schooler.but the tragic tale of this young woman focuses more on her life as she tries to live life in a new perspective after being HIV positive.

Some may enjoy the series tremendously but many might see it as a dark drama and might not want to see something that can happen in real life. but this drama has a lot points for us viewers to consider that we should be looking for us not to suffer the same thing and that everything we should do, and that we accountable to our actions

Plenty of foreign material is dubbed into English - European movies, &c. Anime is regularly dubbed, of course. Why not more Japanese material? I have the dubbed DVD of Death Train, but I haven't found much else...

Plot

If things are happening exactly as described in the ‘Book of Prophecy,’ then Friend's intention is to fulfill the doomsday prophecy. And Friend is most likely one of the kids they used to play with...

As the events in the ‘Book of Prophecy’ unfold in their lives, Kenji and his former classmates decide to take on the villain.

Time passes and now it's December 31st, 2000. This is the day described in the ‘Book of Prophecy’ as the day of mankind's demise.
