• What was your violation? i.e double posting
• When did this occur? i.e 12/12/2007
• In what specific sub-forum or thread let a moderator to accuse you for a violation of the forum rules? i.e Chinese Talk.
• What were you doing in that specific forum or thread?

Please provide us full details of your case seeing the more information you can provide us, the faster we can process your case without any or much confusion and accusation.
