I skipped school often when i was 13 and 14, like 3 out of 5 days.
But later on, i realise it was stupid.

RE: Skipping Class
I've skiped a few times. Maybe three or fours times in total. Twice was for good reasons. (friend having big problems) ....once I skiped a few days before a report was due so I could finish it.

RE: Skipping Class
Well when I'm paying $20,000 for my classes, why would I skip class?

If I skip class, its the last resort.

RE: Skipping Class
No. Never had on a whim. If you didn't do a project, turn it in. If you didn't study for a test, try harder next time. Take things as they come, when they're supposed to come. Don't delay.

RE: Skipping Class
My History told our class that: school is like a free day care for your parents. Our parents go to work during the day, and we're at school, and not at home screwing the house up.
I've only skipped around three or four times before... I feel guilty for doing it because to the teachers, I'm supposedly "keen" and "attentive" and "love school"... So they sorta have this expectations... (or maybe it's just me that thinks that). Plus, my parents don't know I skip. And I try not to but... there was this one time, it was so cold, and our school didn't have heaters, so I went home during lunch.
One of my friend's class (more senior grades) their teachers made excuses for them to skip class too... weird huh?
