Two popular Taiwanese pop stars, Jolin Tsai and Elva Hsiao both pledged to offer $25 million yuan ($3.5 million USD) each to anyone that can prove their involvement in the sex photos scandals regarding singer, Edison Chen.
It was said that both women were rumored to had an relationship with Edison.
Both women issued a statement through their agents, that if anyone can come up with pictures with them in bed with Edison, they can get the reward if courts prove the pictures are real, Sina.com.cn reported.
After the Hong Kong police seized computer-related items and a laptop belonging to Edison last Friday. To their amazement, more racy photos and videos lurked in Edison's laptop that they didn't know about. Tallying up nearly 10,000 of racy photos including the videos.
Five more female celebrities were said to have been in the photographs, raising rumors that Tsai and Hsiao may be on the list, the report said.
"The rumors have hurt not only me, but my family and friends as well," Tsai said in her statement, stressing that she had nothing to do with the scandal.
Jolin's agents will demand "unlimited" compensation for any media group that reports rumored involvement of Jolin in the sex scandal, the report said.
Elva said she was never in a relationship with Edison and wanted the public to stop with the "meaningless talk" about her rumored involvement within the scandal.
