sensei rondillo,
You are a good teacher.
Bad teachers are mean people who step on people.
Most obviously you are more transparent than most of the teachers since you admit your weaknesses but that should not hinder you from teaching right?
Just carry on and continue teaching. there are plenty of people who rely on your teachings. Some teachers go too indept and advanced in their way of teaching that nobody is able to catch up with their lessons. The way you are teaching is correct. Take one step at a time and encourage the students to follow you where you are. Dont allow them to step too far forward, otherwise they are just simply not learning anything. Students must submit themselves and their attention to their teacher so wherever their teacher is, that is where they should dwell on. If they want to study in advance then thats fine but its not right for them to drag you forward since you will be skipping a lot of things and the other students who are left behind will feel bad since they know less.
If students want to ask questions about difficult and advanced nihongo sentence particles, verbs, verb endings etc. then they should ask and send it to you via pm and not via comment. This place, this forum is your classroom and the students must abide to your rules. see? I am one of your students so I must also abide by your rules. Everyone here must abide by your rules. ok?
Thank you teacher Rondillo. i will keep attending your class and i shall keep studying as always.
your student,
