WHAT SHOULD I DO???

my friend and i plan to go to the same college and school about to start in a week but i dun want to go to college anymore. i just cant concentrate on school rite now at all. however my friend she decided to go to the same school as me and i dun want to leave her there by herself becasue she reject all the UC and go to a CSU. right now i just want to vocational school and learnt he skill and get a job!DUN

so my question is wat should i do? im stuck in this situation!!!!

Go to university and learn and earn a degree... I don't know, maybe because of the culture that I grew up from, in which the value of education is highly regarded and the adage that education is the best gift you can give yourself was deeply incalcated in my system and my culture... maybe that's why I'm rooting for you to go to college...

There's nothing wrong going to a vocational school... you can still learn there and learning is good... so, you have to tell your friend upfront of your decision to go to vocational school... you can't sacrifice your wants and needs just because s/he wanted to cling to you and retain his/her comfort zone which is you...

The sad part is that s/he rejected the other colleges/universities just to be with you... it's her/his own decision to reject those and s/he has to live with that decision but then again it's your responsibility to tell her/him about your decision and your wants as well so that s/he can organize her/his life and future... the soonest time possible...

for the both of you... don't do anything that you might regret...

You need to do what you feel is best for you. If that's going to vocational school, then do it. I'm sure if you sat down with your friend and talked about it with her she would understand. Any friend would want what was best for their friends, and so make the choice that best for you! Don't do what people want you to do because in the end you'll wind up miserable. If your heart isn't in the idea of college then go to vocational school!

i don't blame you for not wanting to go to school. I personally hate school. never did go to college either but manage to graduate from high school. Well guess what? i regret it now cause it pays to go to college!
