Wallpaper and my First Banner!

I just made my first Song Hye Kyo wallpaper cuz I love her! And also my first banner ever with her again and Lee Da Hae. I feel like there is something missing with both. I'm not that good artistically and all my works seem to be overshadowed by my sister's works even though she's younger than me... but any suggestions will help plz! Sorry if pics are too big. I'll fix them next time.

Hey I'm not so good at photoshoping either but at least we try right? I have to say I really like the banner although with both the banner and the wallpaper I would suggest to use some brushes here and there. When you said it's missing something I believe that is exactly what it's missing. Photoshop brushes can liven up any picture. All in all though I think you're pretty good.

My sister went to school for computer graphic design so I know how you feel my friend -_-..

i like your banner a lot and i think you should add something to your wallpaper to give it more attraction, well at least you can make these i can't even do one!!! haha

Oh thanx! Yea I am missing the brushes, but I'm not very good at it lol. My sister saw this and laughed She didnt even help

I think ur background is not good
you have to make it more attracitve

you can add a brushes

or even filters

I've actually updated this alot after posting this on here and yes this wallpaper sucks X_X and I'm too lazy to upload it again, but I did take everyone's advice and did the brushes and added better pics of her. Thanks for the help!

Your first? Wow... I can barely manage that and I've been at it awhile. It is a hard thing to learn but you look like a natural. I hope you do some more.

I actually abandoned that wallpaper and banner even after the last edit >_< It's too embarrassing really lol. I'll just upload the new wallpaper and all my new stuff at the other thread I made, so everyone can see or take what they like in one thread and not two. ^_^
