Diet Plan?
Standing only 5'6 and being only 17 in a month i am considered the shortest azn alive... and weighing in about 195lbs... anyone got a diet plan for me.. instead of... eat les.. run more...

lol how about eat right? (: that always works..plan out a healthy eating plan and voila presto! ^^ also..exercising regularly really helps Toungue so too bad ^^ get out more and there you go Big Grin

i dont know if this would help but for me, i really dont eat rice at night and i do a little exercise before sleeping so far so good to me.

Don't eat fast food, soda or junk food. Drink lot's of water and exercise. Or you could join sparkteens.com

They have customized food plans for you and exercises you should do each day. I lost alot of weight using sparkteens.

I just have a few quick tips!!
1. Milk helps you lose weight (woot)
2.Keep a food diary (its helps you see what your are eating too much of)
3.Find an exercise buddy (that will force you to get off your butt and exercise, I have one that sits on me...ouch.... and has a way of making me feel guilty if I don't follow my promices to exercise >.<)
4. Find fun exercises (put some music on and dance as if no one was watching!)
5. Lean cousin!! Tasty
6. Drink water before every meal
7. Fruits and veggies my dear!!

what? how is 5'6 consider short?!!! i'm assuming you're a guy? i mean, i'm 5 feet only and that's short ^^ well, good thing for heels hheeh
you can start by watching what you eat and try to do lots of cardio at least 30 minutes three or four times a week and you should see some results. Good luck and have fun though, because if you're stress out doing this, you're just wasting your time and effort.

I bodybuild and keep my body fat pretty low. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Your meat portion per meal should be no larger than a deck of cards. Eat lots of fibrous carbs...broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Less other carbs...rice, potatoes, bread. Eat lots of grains. Walk if you don't want to run daily. No carbs after 6pm. If you are a snacker at night...keep baby carrots and fresh fruits. Trick I've learned...brush your teeth if you are craving at night...brush your teeth...great appetite suppressant. Drink at least a gallon of water daily. If that doesn't appeal...add crystal light. Allow your self one cheat meal weekly preferrably at the end of the week as a reward.

i heard if you eat your meal slowly and take little bites you'll tend to get full faster. and if after a meal you feel sleepy or tired and feel like lying down, DONT DO IT. wait at least an hour or two for the food to go down so you don't have a bellyyy. instead of chips, eat pretzels or unsalted popcorn and don't drink alcohol too often especially beer (if you drink)
