Hello There, Guest! (Login — Register)
I like Monopoly too. It's just that I don't like it when it comes down to buying all the same color of the land before buying a house, the time when someone buys the third house (cuz that's where it get way too expensive), when people negotiate, when they make pacts and compromises, and when people cry -_-
I like scrable. But some people put down words that they don't even know what it means. Arguments and the use of dictionary... sigh.
My favorite is actually Guess Who. I used to play it so much with my brother and sisters. Instead of playing with one unknown. We got to the point where we are able to play with 4 unknowns. Now I don't play it anymore, but I can still picture each of the characters' face without looking at them. xD

Guess Who is a good one, it was the first board game I ever got. I would always hope to pick a girl out. haha. I remember my favourite was always Fran.
Haha, Franz doesn't have much facial features to distinguish with. Personally, he's of the top tiers for toughest to get to along with the Max-Alex mix (they're almost the same) and Richard (the one with both beard and mustache).

Haha lego2iori, you really have the characters down. I would have really liked it more if they had equal number of blue eyed characters and brown eyed characters, because if you randomly chose a blue eyed character, the opponent has a bigger chance of guessing your person

Ohhhh I loved Monopoly, Guess Who, and battleship. I remember playing guess who and the first question always asked was "is the person a girl or boy?" I thought that was lame and not sure if it was even allowed by the rules hahaa. In battleship, too much cheating going on between my friends and I since we would just change the postition of the ship..........haha brings back good memories ~

:o! True, monopoly does take a long time to play, but if you have a good group of friends playing, its really fun. I've always wanted to play risk, we played a version of it in school where you form countries, it was bad. we lost... lol. still fun thoguh!

Hm..I dislike playing chess because I tend to lose, especially against younger kids for some odd reason.
My favorite games has got to be connect four, chinese checkers, and tumbling towers; notice how they're all pretty simplistic? But I don't know...goin' against me in those games can get pretty intense... xD
