does anyone know how to play rmvb file?
i got a video in rmvb file but i can't play it
does it require codec or something?

download realplayer!!!
i think it can read it cuz when i downloaded My Girl is was in rmvb i think and Real Player cud read it so yeh

you could download real alternative also... if you download real altenative then you can just watch the file in your normal media player (eg. windows media player) because real alternative is one of them codecs that let you watch rmvb filez without downloading real player =]

Next time when you get a file that you are unaware of, try the thing that says find best program so then you can download it. In this case, you can use REAL.

rmvb files are played in Realplayer. If you don't have it, I suggest you download it!

me used to just change the name Exemple: mygirl.rmvb to mygirl.avi and then my computer can play it up. But dunno if it works for other computer...

i don't think that would work, at least not for me. Usually when you change a file extension of a file, it doesn't work, but i could be wrong.

u cant change it like that, u'll have to use a convertor if u wanna do that

Just boot up Google,type in Media Convert,Click on the 1st URL that pops up.Afterwards upload you RMVB file(In the Input Format) and select WMA(or whatever the format is for Windows Media Player.I forgot which a shame especially when I'am a CPU Programmer)
