Smoking can increase negatively impacts in blood flow and cause heart problem in human body. You can't see the bad result in young age but it is cause heart disease in old age. Electric cigarette is good alternate option for health.

Nice and very useful topic discussed here.There are so many side effects of smoking.It destroys our lungs.It causes mouth and lungs cancer.It reduces defense system of body.It is bad for you teeth also.

Quit smoking can be hard but it's not impossible in this time. It is great decision and also helps in many ways. Positive approach can be in this issue. Otherwise you should try the Meditation. It's one type of mind exercise.

Smoking causes highly dangerous cancer, and blood pressure and sugar. Not only for smoking person but also for who are taking that smoke inside in breath. To avoid that habit we have to do some activities like eating bubblegum and chocolates etc..
