Japanese is the hardest language to learn?

not sure if Japanese is the hardest language to learn but the grammar is surely hard
some Japanese people can not speak the correct grammar
just imagine that!

I don't think so. I think I might have more trouble learning Chinese. Written Japanese is definitely harder to learn than orally though.

I did not read the article. However, I've read and heard elsewhere that Arabic and Chinese are the most difficult to learn.

Honestly, even though I'm a native Japanese speaker and that I've been speaking it for over 2 decades I still have trouble interacting perfectly with the language. I have met many people that has taken over 6 years of Japanese courses in school but never met a perfectly fluent person unless they are native. Personally I can definitely say that Japanese language is an extremely difficult language to learn.

i think Japanese language is not that much hard language, ya...i agree that Japanese grammer is quite difficult.

no.i don't think so.there are lots of languages in the world that are very hard.

I saw a friend of mine learning the arabic language and geez...no way is japanese the hardest language. The difficulty comes from different grammar, cultural slangs, etc. Plus, think about the chinese language which has a specific character for everything....japanese is a difficult language to learn but it is doable...especially if you're already familiar with asian languages
