In the U.S, it is illegal to engage with any co-workers in any workforce of sexual favors or harassment...this includes managers or supervisors whom does the sexual harassment also. If you get caught doing such action, major fines and imprisonment comes your way...lol

I'm sure it is illegal for both countries...just some people are not aware that such thing exist till that person speaks out about it...
