Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

When Resident Evil 5 was announced, I was pleasantly surprised. I saw the videos and screenshots (zombie bikers!) and got excited about seeing it. I thought this was going to be the best Resident Evil game since four.

Then the hype around me died out and I became grounded in reality.

Was this going to be more RE4 or is it going to be RE5?

Then news breaks: Famitsu breaks in an ad that seemingly confirms Jill Valentine is dead. Now I need to play it to find out.

she wasnt a major character in the RE series but whyd she hafta die?
now i want that game evn more....

JILL IS DEAD O_O!! Bastards!! Jill has always been the greatest (and sexiest) heroine of the series.. Sad to know she won't make a comeback.. But then again maybe she isn't really dead and that tomb stone is some sort of secret passage to an underground facility or hidden treasure!

I'm trying to put ease on this news by making some sort of excuse for this...

That could be it Krazoom... some sort of a teaser so that RE fans will play the game to find out...

I wonder how will Ron incorporate this info on his fan fic... lol

Sounds good to me & I love the series so I will play it anyway.

Jill is dead?!!! how come? gosh that girl was my favorite in RE games although she wasnt included in RE4, i need to get that game so i could find out why

too bad this game was for Xbox and PS3 only >.<, i read in comments on youtube the day i saw this that they dont really sure yet if Jill is dead cause (according to them) there is one moment that a guy brother of Jill (forgot his name) had a dream of Jill being dead so it is still unsure

I bought this game the day it came out. it came with alot of cool stuff (a Tricell messenger bag, a BSSA patch, an africa pendant, and a chris redfield figurine).

honestly, I really liked this game, even it may as well have been Resident Evil 4.5 (this game was basically just more of the exact same gameplay)...

I thought Resident evil 5 was an excellent game. Looks like you play in a mansion which is the similar to the very first game. I may get the dlc, it looks pretty cool. the only great thing about the game for me was the co-op I enjoyed it a lot. I liked the fact the it didnt have separate missions instead it was story co-op.playing it offline was a lot of fun.
