yeah saving songs onto the phone via memory card (sd) works but making it into ringtone doesnt for some reason. They should of made it so you could but damnn phone companys wanting to make money off ringtones too i think D=

From what it seems that might be true in the U.S but here is Aust. doing that seems to be fine. There are companys' that offer the "real" ringtone service for a hefty charge. Oh wells..

well i use this free program called wavepad sound editor and i select and trim the parts of the song i wanted for my ringtone and saved it as MPEG layer-3(*.mp3)
i have the motorola rarz v3 so it works for me. If only i have a midi converter since midi files are smaller and could fit more. The mp3 ringtones files are too big so most of my ringtones are only 15 sec-20

it easy to copy song by using adapter for card (micro or mmc) direct from pc to phone.
if u want to have more song just compress it using mp3 to ringtone gold software...morethen 100 song can put on 256mb card.
