When life sucks?

i just listen to some music, play some video games uhhhh hmm eat , watch a movie sleep...start yelling in a desolate area(empty) but mostly what makes me happy is loging onto ampedasia.com and talking to all of you....i love you(as friends)..XD

if that happends to me, i just want to sleep to forget all this ever happends and have a good dream. BUt first i would soak in a bubble bath and relax and then i can sleep ^^ or you can have a hell of a workout and then the bubblebath

listen to my favorite music and i sing as LOUD as i can....eat ice-cream...then watch something funny and just laugh...oh my newest remedy is watching that kids show "ni hao,kailan"idk why...but after watching an episode,i always feel better..and it always makes me laugh...XD

I scream...not just a yell. But I scream my troubles....like "AAAAH I HATE MAAAAAATH, A TIMES B TIMES THIS TIME THIS, OMG JUST LEAVE IT AT ADDITION YOU STUPID MATHMADICTIONS!"
I usually feel loads better after that. I could just tell these thoughts to a friedn but nothing like telling the world. FYI I don't do this where people can see me...I get embarrassed easily.
