Ok what if by any chance my computer froze and I double click and it post up two times will my pionts get taken away..I'm not saying it will happen but what if it does???

Your posts will be merged and in the process you'll only retain the post count and amped points for the one post...

Also you can manually delete your own posts and save us the work Double posting happens a lot and usually it's by accident.

what if a noob continuously double posts accidently
do i report or give them a warning....?
becasue i remember Edison, Ron ,4jpz and Krazoom warning me consecutivly without reporting
