Dizzy

A lot of the time I feel really dizzy. Sometimes if I get up to fast I have to sit back down for a few seconds. Its gotten bad before were I would just drop to the ground, not really bad like fainting (although I have fainted once) just like drop to my knees and sit on the ground until it got better. I don't think anything is serious but I just want it to stop, it can get troublesome in P.E. you know?

Dizziness can be associated with a number of illnesses including diabetes, lupus, tumors and even just an ear infection.. If it's chronic dizziness then I say consult with your doctor. You never really know what it is unless you talk with a professional.. It could be that you consume to much sugar and crash..

have you been to a doctor for consultation for this? you should go, it'll help you a lot and for you to have a proper medication.

got really scared when I read about the serious possibilities, I talked to my mom (she is a nurse) she said it is dehidration and that I should drink more water, so I've been drinkng a lot of tea and feel much better. Thank you! ^.^
