Anyone know what the english definitions of the (probable) swardspeak terms "apam" - As in "John's apam" and "tom kelly" or this phrase? "may pasa pa dahil sa kagat mu bes!!"

I don't know "apam"... sorry

I think you're talking about "Tom Jones" or "Tommy Lee Jones" instead of "Tom Kelly"... "Tommy Lee Jones" means gutom or hungry.

For the phrase "may pasa pa dahil sa kagat mu bes" I think you don't need gay lingo to understand... I think it literally means there's still bruises from the bite. And "bes" is short for best friend

^ I've drawn a blank on apam so far i expect its a code word of some kind or it is specific to one sub group of guys in one of Manila's cities.

The words also "kyla tom'' is also specific. i thought Tom Kelly but that could be wrong. I don't think its Tom Jones as the context is wrong for that.

Thanks for the last one I think that is right but the sentence is also laden with contextual metaphor about inter personal relations.
