Suggestion
You have to merge the background white layer and photo layer before you add 'Drop Shadow'. See at right-bottom one. Shadow on white layer. Not at background layer. And more, you have to use right side more 'cos your right side will be full of icons.

i dont understand what you mean Hollinaz sorry, i used Gimp for the wallpaper i made cause i still having trouble in photoshop thing. but still thanks for the suggestion ^_^
