This was a major tear jerker for me. I undertood My Sassy Girl more when I watched this prequel. I am not familiar with the actors and actresses in this movie but i think they did well.

i thought this movie was good, but i wouldnt say that i loved it...i mean, there are parts which i thought could be changed...but i mean, i still liked the movie...there were good moments and there were moments where i am like, ok, can you move on...but other than that, i liked it.

The police officer mistakes him as the culprit, and chases him down and arrests him. So it's sort of like a prequel to My Sassy Girl, as evident with the ending, but it's actually a completely different story. There's much more sadness and drama, but I felt that the "tragedy" in this movie occurred far too early, making you wonder how long the movie really could be. Feeling that, it seemed like Windstruck was very dragging and slow.
The characters were all very likeable, Jeon Ji Hyun is as adorable as ever, and the male lead is also quite a good character. Although their relationship needed a bit more development, I still found that the chemistry between these two leads was exceptional.
There's not as much depth to the plot as I would have liked. There were much less entertaining scenes or funny parts, although there was enough to keep it interesting until the second half. The second half of the movie was definitely worse than the first, and if it wasn't for the semi-decent ending, this movie probably would only deserve a C- score.
Still, all in all this is a pretty good Korean film, although not JJH's best work. It will keep you entertained and it is a tearjerker as well, but you won't feel TOO sad in the end because there is a good wrapping/summing up of the story.
