Do you believe Earth has had alien contact?

I do.

I believe that Roswell was extraterrestrial or, at the very least, paranormal in nature. The general consensus of events is that something crashed, it was declared a UFO (UCO [Unidentified Crashed Object]?), and then later redacted as being a weather balloon from Project Mogul. This doesn't make sense. I know that Mogul was classified and thus it was in the government's best interest not to spill the beans about it, but why would anybody think it was better to say the wreckage were alien in origin and not something more domestic in nature?
