My favorite:

Chinese Food: Sharks Fin Soup (without the wonton)
Vietnamese Food: Pho (usually the first item on the menu)
Japanese Food: Sashimi (salmon and tuna)
Korean Food: (yet to be tried...I heard dog is good)

I'm guessing mongolian beef isn't really mongolian.

Sushi!! *drool*
Peking Duck!!!
Anyone ever try that food. In chinese its like "Been Pay Ngap" or roughly translated its Flat Skin Duck and you take the skin of a roasted duck, and you wrap it with these thick flour tortillas. It's so yummy!

Never tried any shanghaie dishes, but I bet its good

I've always wanted to go to those places thats called like Korean barbeque or something like that. Whenever we walk by a Korean restaurant, it always smells soooo good
