What games can get you scared shitless?

For me I can never play any of the Silent Hill games without acting like a total chicken.. When I play them I have to have all the lights on and you'll never catch me playing them alone lol.. The first and 4th one really just scared the holy hell out of me..

helloooooo..... i played doom and i was shit scared to go to the next room... [room in the game... *sigh* TRUE TRUE, it the room in the game...] i was scared that something would pop up... i get so involved in the game... there was this another game by KONAMI ... i forgot the name after few hours of playing it ... i could not take it... and uninstalled it.... dont blame me ... blame my headphones... grr...

The old games of Resident Evil on PSone... And Dino Crisis 2, if you're playing in a very silent and dark room. Those dinosaur growls/roars/screeches can get to ya LOL
