Plot
Two veteran New York City detectives (De Niro and Pacino) work to identify the possible connections between a recent series of murders. All of the victims are criminals that slipped through the cracks of the Judicial System and as the evidence mounts it begins to look like the murderer may be an NYPD Officer.
