The RC Cola CF starring Filipina actress Maja Salvador and Korean actor Kim Bum was revealed a few minutes after one o'clock Manila time, today October 18, 2009 on ASAP '09.
Prior to the commercial release, Maja Salvador had a number of dance performances with images of RC Cola, Kim Bum and herself flashing on the monitor at the background. The dance stage was followed by a short BTS (Behind the Scene) of the CF filming and followed by the minute-long commercial.
The commercial showcases a bunch of Maja and Kim Bum close friends or barkada setting up a romantic date for Maja and Kim Bum. Upon Maja'a arrival at some romantic venue, Kim Bum gave her a bouquet of flowers. Kim Bum then offered Maja a bottle of RC Cola. They danced with rose petals thrown by their barkada flying around and when they are about to kiss, their barkada surprised them and interrupted the kiss.
The background music used is the mellow version of RC Cola's song with lyrics of "pahingi naman ako diyan" which loosely means lend/give me some of that.

Earlier interviews had stated that the commercial will be in a series of events like a television drama. With the romantic scene and the interrupted kiss in the first part of CF-drama, more romance is much anticipated in the sequel.
In addition, the RC Cola pet bottles have an image of Maja Salvador and Kim Bum.
