It has come to a verdict and it isn't looking good for Rain.
A federal court jury in Honolulu found Rain guilty of fraud for canceling a Hawaii concert in 2007 and orders him to pay nearly $8.7 million USD in damages.
The jury found Rain personally liable for more than $3 million USD and his then management company, JYP Entertainment, responsible for most of the rest.
Honolulu attorney Eric Seitz, who represented Click Entertainment said, "He's a very talented young man and I'm sorry he got caught up in this."
Attorneys for Rain and his managers left the courthouse without speaking to reporters.
