Why, the show Usopp stars in, "One Piece!" The ratings sky rocketed after the introduction of Captain Usopp, and the comedy is splendid. Good humor and good story is always fun to watch.

I think it does. Parts of it are really funny and I love watching the relationship between the two brothers and how they never really drift apart through all the their troubles and journeys. It also has good action scenes.
