Numbers in Japanese

as for telephone number -- if it's your cell, I'm pretty sure it's ケー番　（kei-ban)
My cell number is __
ケー番は＿＿＿＿＿です
giving out numbers in japanese is almost the same as in english -- you wouldn't say "three hundred and one" but "three-zero-one"

it's the same in japanese.

for the breaks, you'd use "to"

for example (03) 4534-0981 is "zero-san to yon/shi-go-san-yon/shi to zero-kyuu-hachi-ichi" desu



of course, just writing it down would save your life.
